The Casino has set up a great event for everyone who wants to follow the travels of the Spanish explorer. The competition is divided into four different stages, all associated with real journeys made by Magellan.
In the first stage, entrants should reach the Straits of Magellan by accumulating 100 points. All players who manage that are rewarded $50 cash, plus they get to enter the draw for the $500 first stage prize.
In the Second stage, where players reach the Spice Islands by accumulating 200 points, there is a $100 cash prize waiting, and another raffle for $500.
Third stage is where players round the Cape of Good Hope. If you complete the third stage by collecting 300 points you are rewarded with $150 and yet another raffle is held with a first prize of $500.
In the fourth and final stage you have to bring your ships back to Spain and complete the journey. This can only be done by accumulating 400 points and all players who manage to do this will get a $500 cash prize. They will also participate in the final raffle, where the winner of the Grand Prize will be determined.
The Grand Prize is two round-tickets to any destination of your choice. If you don’t feel like traveling or for any reason can’t make the trip, the Grand Prize can also be replaced with $10,000.
